4. Inquiries and project engagements
Sending an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or discussing a project does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. An engagement begins only when its scope and terms have been confirmed in writing by both parties.
The applicable project agreement may define deliverables, timing, fees, payment milestones, revisions, support, ownership and license rights, third-party costs, and each party's responsibilities.
5. Client responsibilities
For client work, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, timely decisions and approvals, required account access, and materials that you have the right to use. You are also responsible for reviewing deliverables and determining whether they meet your legal, regulatory, accessibility, and business requirements unless a written project agreement expressly assigns a particular responsibility to us.
6. Fees and third-party costs
Project fees, deposits, payment schedules, and refund or cancellation terms are set out in the applicable written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, third-party software, hosting, domains, subscriptions, payment processing, and other tools or services required for the project are not included in our fees.
7. Third-party services and links
This website and our work may reference or depend on third-party websites, software, hosting providers, payment processors, AI tools, or other technology services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, security, policies, or continued operation.
A link or reference to a third party is provided for convenience and does not by itself constitute an endorsement or create a partnership with that third party.
8. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the website will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability connected with a client project is governed by the applicable project agreement.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after an update means that the revised Terms apply to your subsequent use.
11. Governing law and general provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
